Power Platform lead analyst.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their M365, as a key part of this role will be developing and supporting the Power Apps platform. You will be working with a small Application support team, supporting a local London authority. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the day to day task management of the Application team, so a background in Application support would be an advantage, along with an interest in moving to a team leader role. Responsibilities: - Providing support and administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities - Working with the wider teams to resolve more challenging issues - Working with 3rd party vendors including Microsoft - Supporting and guiding other members of the team - Lead the identification of automation opportunities and the resulting design, documentation and development of solutions, exploiting the M365 toolset. - Enable the safe exploitation of M365 power platform capabilities such as Power Automate, and Power APPs. - Service ownership for integrated services (Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Forms, Stream etc). - Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability. Must-have Skills / Experience: Proven experience as a M365 Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Subject Matter Expert or similar role Good understanding of ITIL framework and ticketing systems Strong communication skills Desired Skills / Experience: Working knowledge of Active Directory (Azure AD) / Intune or other deployment tools Be certified in MS-900 Fundamentals and ideally certified in Product Specific Experience with Azure DevOps for development and CI/CD pipelines Your qualities: - You are motivated and ambitious enough to work on your own initiative, without needing direction. - You are an organised planner with great communication skills. - You are a team player with an enthusiastic, proactive attitude. - You are comfortable with stakeholder management both locally and internationally.
