The service

JobsEveryday is a UK-focused job platform operated by Kandala Tech Solutions LLP (Badangpet, Hyderabad 500058, India). Candidates browse aggregated and directly posted jobs, upload a CV, and receive AI-generated match suggestions. Employers post jobs and receive applications and AI-assisted shortlists. AI output on this platform is assistive: employers make all hiring decisions.

For candidates

• The service is free for candidates and always will be. We never charge work-seekers for finding or seeking to find work, and no paid product will ever affect your matching or visibility.
• You confirm the information in your CV and profile is accurate and yours.
• Aggregated listings link to the employer's or source's own application process; we are not responsible for their sites or decisions.

For employers

• You confirm posted vacancies are genuine, that you have authority to advertise them, and that ads comply with UK law (including the Equality Act 2010).
• Right-to-work checks are your responsibility as the employer.
• You act as data controller for applicant data you receive from us; use it only for recruitment for the advertised role.
• Paid plans are billed in GBP as described at purchase. Fees are for the service, not contingent on hiring outcomes except where a success-fee plan explicitly says so.

Aggregated listings

Some listings are aggregated from public careers feeds (for example Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby boards, and the Reed.co.uk API) to help candidates find live UK roles in one place. Company names and trademarks belong to their owners; inclusion does not imply endorsement. Employers or sources can have their listings removed by emailing [email protected].

Acceptable use

No scraping, no fake profiles or vacancies, no discriminatory postings, no attempts to identify or contact candidates outside the platform without their consent.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 for free users). Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
