Food and Beverage Team Member

We are seeking a friendly and professional F&B Team Member to join our organization in Brighton, United Kingdom. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. - Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and hospitable manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately while identifying and addressing guest dietary requirements and food allergies - Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, quality standards, and hygiene procedures - Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and courteously - Ensure proper food handling, storage, and preparation to prevent cross-contamination and allergen risks - Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dining areas, service stations, and equipment - Ensure tables and service areas are properly set, cleared, and maintained according to service standards - Stay knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, allergens, and special promotions - Follow all food safety, hygiene, health, and security regulations at all times - Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional, and hospitable demeanor - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with guests and team members - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced food and beverage environment - Strong attention to detail, particularly in food preparation, presentation, and order accuracy - Basic computer skills and ability to operate POS systems and kitchen-related technology - Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and allergen management is preferred - Previous experience in food and beverage service, kitchen operations, or a similar hospitality role is an asset - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak service hours - High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality training is an advantage
