Night Auditor

As our next Night Auditor, you will: - Welcome late arrivals and bid farewell to early departures with a warm and friendly attitude. - Carry out the Night Audit. - Prepare and distribute relevant reports to internal departments. - Manage and confirm reservation details and accounts for in-house guests, ensuring all details are accurately recorded. - Support hotel operations and assist other departments in preparing for the next day. - Provide food and beverage service during the night shift. - Ensure the safety and security of all guests while assisting with hotel operations. - Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues efficiently. - Clean and maintain public areas, including the front entrance, lobby, bar, and staff areas. - Follow the hotel's fire safety procedures and assist with emergency situations when needed. - Be the face of Ibis, consistently conveying a positive and professional image. - Manage daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and complete daily revenue postings. - Assist in promoting sales within the department and maximize every sales opportunity.
