Night Cleaner

While our guests relax and unwind, you’ll be making sure everything is ready for another day of exceptional experiences. We’re looking for a Night Cleaner to join our Housekeeping team, helping to keep our award-winning Spa, public areas and Back of House spaces looking immaculate throughout the night. This is an important role in ensuring our guests walk into a clean, fresh and beautifully presented environment every morning. What will you be doing? - Cleaning and maintaining our Spa, public and Back of House areas to the high standards expected at Fairmont St Andrews - Ensuring all areas are completed within the required timeframes and ready for our guests the following day - Keeping a close eye on presentation and reporting any damage or maintenance issues through the correct channels - Responding to guest queries in a friendly and professional manner - Keeping operational supplies organised and reporting when stock needs replenished - Supporting the training of new colleagues to ensure our standards are maintained - Following all Fire, Health & Safety and hygiene procedures - Working as part of a supportive Housekeeping team to keep the resort looking its best About You You’ll be someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys knowing that the details you take care of make a real difference to our guests’ experience. You’ll be: - Reliable and organised - Proud of delivering high standards of cleanliness - Comfortable working independently during the night - Friendly and professional when interacting with guests - A great team player with a positive attitude - Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial, but not essential
