Kitchen Porter

Salary: £14.80 per hour Hours: Flexible / 0 hours contract Hours mostly are 8am till 4pm Mostly Monday To Friday Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sinks, countertops, and floors. - Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment. - Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and ensure food safety standards are followed. - Assist with waste management and recycling. - Support chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks such as washing vegetables and cutting ingredients. - Organise and store kitchen supplies, ensuring they are readily available for use. - Help with unloading deliveries and storing items appropriately. - Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is desirable but not essential. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Good communication skills.
