Regional SEO Team Lead

TransPerfect's Digital department is seeking an experienced Regional SEO Team Lead to own the delivery, growth, and operational excellence of SEO services across a key global region. This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for the delivery, growth, and operational excellence of all SEO services (Technical & On-Page & AIO/GEO/LLM) within their assigned region (Americas & LATAM OR EMEA & APAC). The role oversees a regional SEO team, ensuring high-quality delivery within the global SEO frameworks, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and maintaining strong commercial health across client engagements. Reporting into the Global Director of Digital Strategy, it bridges strategic direction with regional execution ensuring SEO strategies align to global best practices while being adapted for regional needs. Critically, the Regional SEO Team Lead holds shared responsibility for growing existing client accounts, supporting retention, and achieving defined margin targets, contributing directly to the agency’s profitability and success.
