People & Culture Coordinator ( 12 Months Maternity Cover )

People & Culture Coordinator We are looking for a professional and organised People & Culture Coordinator to support all aspects of Human Resources within our hotel. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, interviewing and onboarding. - Support and advise as requested on HR policies, procedures, disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations matters. - Coordinate payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records. - Produce HR reports as requested by the General Manager. - Organise and deliver employee induction and training programmes. - Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and HR best practices. - Support employee engagement and retention. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally. - Act as the hotel's Sustainability Ambassador, promoting environmental initiatives, supporting Accor sustainability programmes, encouraging team engagement in sustainable practices, and helping the hotel achieve its sustainability objectives. - Previous experience in a People & Culture role. - Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. - Strong organisational and administrative skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems. - CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable.
