Hospitality Manager

- Ensure that clients are given an efficient and enjoyable customer experience and that their service and value expectations are consistently exceeded. - To deliver an exceptional and premium hospitality experience for TrinityBridge clients, guests and employees, ensuring consistently high standards across all aspects of the client and guest journey. - Manage the free issue programme, including the procurement, distribution and control of all free issue items provided by TrinityBridge for its employees, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and service standards. - Drive excellence and consistency across client welcome, beverage services, hospitality delivery, meeting room catering and workplace experiences, while supporting the wider TrinityBridge business with larger-scale events, client entertaining and special initiatives. - Support the planning and delivery of events, client entertaining and wider business hospitality requirements. - Be passionate about the client experience and hosting, as well as being aware of new concepts and ideas in the industry and on the high street that may enhance the current offer - Promote consistency, professionalism and attention to detail across all hospitality operations. - Have experience at a team leader, supervisor or as a manager within a hospitality environment - Experience in creating a thriving and successful working environment - Possess excellent supervisory and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure & exceptional customer service skill and attention to detail - Financially and commercially astute - Excellent organisational skills - Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
