General Manager

We are looking for an experienced and values-led General Manager to lead our new Birkdale village. This is a key leadership role, responsible for creating a positive, safe and high-performing environment for colleagues, residents, customers and families. You will provide clear direction across the village, ensuring excellent standards of care, strong operational performance, and a culture that reflects Belong’s values every day. As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the village, working closely with operational, clinical, quality, HR, finance and support teams to ensure the service is safe, compliant, commercially sustainable and genuinely person-centred.
