The Team + The Role The Senior Director, Demand Generation EMEA is a senior, hands-on leadership role owning Pendo's marketing pipeline across the region — UK, DACH, France, Nordics, and the Netherlands. This is a rare opportunity to shape how Pendo grows across Europe. You'll work closely with regional sales leaders to build high-performing, pipeline-generating marketing programmes from the ground up — with real visibility into commercial leadership and a direct line into how new business and customer growth gets driven across EMEA. We're not looking for someone to localise global campaigns.
