Project Quantity Surveyor

The Project Quantity Surveyor will support our Project Team in the commercial aspects of out business. The successful candidate will be from a Mechanical and Electrical M&E contracting background. Able to work at all levels from client through to our subcontractor supply chain ensuring risk reduction on terms and conditions, cash flows on projects and final account payments. Key Responsibilities: - Review and approve contract terms and manage commercial correspondence work with legal counsel where required. - Attend site meetings for contractual discussions and advise on the project issues. - Valuing variations and monitoring project performance. - Interpret project documentation to identify opportunities and risks. - Prepare monthly reports including JCR's (Job Costing Reports) and place orders in timely manner for procurement. - Demonstrate expertise in dispute resoluti
