Senior Conference Producer

Job Purpose: The Senior Conference Producer is responsible for developing, managing and delivering commercially successful conference programmes across an assigned portfolio of events and content products. The role combines strategic market research, programme development, stakeholder engagement and commercial collaboration to create industry-leading conference agendas that drive delegate attendance, sponsorship revenue and customer engagement. Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Data, Digital and senior industry stakeholders, the Senior Conference Producer develops compelling content strategies and programmes, recruits senior industry speaker and ensures the successful delivery of high-quality conference experiences across live, digital and hybrid products.
