Engineering Team Lead

Engineering Team Lead Salary: up to £50,000 per annum Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Days 6am-6pm, Nights 6pm-6am Location: South Kirkby, Wakefield Main Responsibilities - Ensure that the plant is always maintained within prescribed Health, Safety and Environmental constraints and guidelines. - Report and communicate incidents as per our Eco Online System - Attend team safety and maintenance meetings and leads meetings where necessary. - Ensure that a work order, risk assessment and method statement is produced for each activity and that all documents are completed and returned for archiving. - Ensure that all statutory and regulatory obligations are met in the ongoing operation and maintenance of the site. - Establish, follow and maintain Risk Assessments & Method Statements and other key safety protocols. - Ensure that LOTO Procedures are being followed amongst the Team.
