Practice Development Facilitator

Are you an experienced trainer, coach or care professional who knows how to bring learning to life? At Belong, outstanding care starts with colleagues who feel confident, capable and supported. As our Practice Development Facilitator, you will play a vital role in developing our teams, embedding best practice and helping colleagues deliver exceptional, person-centred support. Based at our new Belong Birkdale village, you will lead engaging inductions, workshops, coaching sessions and reflective learning activities. You will work alongside managers, mentors and operational teams to ensure colleagues have the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to be their best. This is much more than a classroom-based training role. You will spend time within our services, observing practice, coaching colleagues and turning learning into meaningful improvements for the people who live with us
