IT Operations Manager The IT Operations Manager will oversee Infrastructure, Security, Technical Delivery, and Azure Services to ensure effective IT service delivery across the Biffa Group. The role requires balancing cost, service quality, and governance to support agile business growth and operational excellence. They will lead and mentor a technical team, driving efficiency, service maturity, and innovation in alignment with Biffa’s strategic goals. The position demands a high degree of autonomy while maintaining close alignment with the Head of Technical Services.
