Employment Counsel

The Basics: Tanium is seeking a highly motivated, proactive attorney to join its legal team as Employment Counsel. The right person for this position must be a team player who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, has a pragmatic approach to problem solving, and is passionate about employment law and its practical application in a complex, global technology business. This person will serve as a trusted advisor to our People team and business stakeholders, helping Tanium attract, develop, and retain top talent while managing legal risk. This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.
