JOB TITLE: Asset Manager LOCATIONS: London SALARY: Competitive ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE The Asset Manager is responsible for the integrity, governance and lifecycle management of asset information across ABM's Technical Solutions portfolio. Working closely with operational teams, clients and mobilisation teams, the role ensures asset data is accurate, compliant and maintained within IBM Maximo and client CAFM/EAM systems to support safe, efficient and compliant service delivery. The role also provides technical asset management expertise during new contract mobilisation, asset verification programmes and ongoing contract improvement initiatives.
