Training Supervisor (LGV Driver & Frontline Trainer)

Training Supervisor - Rutland Monday - Friday A quick look at the role You will carry out training for drivers, loaders, operatives and supervisors at Biffa’s recycling and waste management contracts in and around Rutland, ensuring that employees are fully equipped to carry out their roles. You will have previous experience in a training role or be an experienced driver in the waste management industry, or another service industry. You’ll also need a Category C entitlement on your driving licence and be experienced at driving different types of vehicles. This is a vital role in supporting Biffa’s health and safety-focused culture. Your core responsibilities - Operational Support: Assist depots in achieving Vehicle Gate Check, Crew Monitoring, and Route Risk Assessment targets.
