Come and make a difference as a Multi Skilled Operative! - £13.05 (£27,300 per annum) + 5% shift allowance - 4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off (8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am) As a Multi-Skilled Operator at our Biffa Polymers manufacturing site in Redcar, you'll play a key role in the safe and efficient operation of our recycling and manufacturing processes. You'll be responsible for operating and monitoring a range of production equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to continuous improvement across the site. Working as part of a supportive shift team, you'll help maintain a safe, productive, and high-performing workplace while ensuring our operations continue to deliver high-quality recycled polymer products. Your core responsibilities - Safely operate and monitor a variety of production machinery and plant equipment. - Operate a forklift as part of your duties (full
