Finance Manager

THE ROLE 📝 This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join Form3's Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller & Head of Treasury, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial excellence across the business while partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making. This is a broad role that combines technical accounting, financial control, commercial analysis and business performance, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how Form3 continues to scale. Working within a collaborative, high-performing Finance team, you'll help strengthen financial processes, deliver meaningful insights and support business leaders in making informed decisions that drive sustainable growth.
