Plant Operative

Plant Operative Salary: £12.91 per hour An opportunity has arisen to join the hardworking team at Wednesbury Hazardous Waste Treatment Plant. We are in need of an experienced Plant Operative to work a 45 hours per week on rotating shifts of 0700 to 1600 and 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. Some flexibility on start finish times may occasionally be required and the work may include some weekends if required. Operatives will proactively carry out the day-to-day reception, handling, storage, treatment and processing of all incoming and outgoing wastes through Wednesbury Treatment Plant. Paramount to the role is that waste is handled in an approved manner ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental compliance standards are always met.
