Director of R&D and Strategic Finance

The Basics: We are looking for a Director, R&D and Strategic Finance, to act as a key finance partner to R&D leadership (Engineering, Product, and Strategy), owning budget management for these orgs while providing best-in-class financial modeling, analyses, and insights to enable data-driven decision-making and deliver against the company's multi-year financial plan. You will play a key role in shaping the company's growth strategies by partnering with business leaders to assess performance, understand business drivers and levers, and model scenarios to accelerate growth and achieve financial targets.
