Through a constellation of Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English - Experience working in partner management within e-commerce or technology sectors - Experience with P&L responsibility and delivering strong financial results - Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results, or experience in commercial finance business partnering or FP&A - Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions, or experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership - Experience building and maintaining relationships with business partners
