The Role: As an Influencer & Community Executive - Luxury & Premium, you will support the delivery of influencer marketing activity across Frasers Group's Premium & Luxury brands. Working closely with internal teams, talent, agencies and creators, you will manage influencer campaigns from concept through to execution, helping to drive brand awareness, engagement and cultural relevance across key audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns on a day-to-day basis for our Premium & Luxury categories. - Facilitate influencer outreach, negotiations, contracting, on-boarding and payments with confidence and precision. - Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure a strong level of communication is maintained. - Evaluate and compile reports for internal analysis and distribution on a weekly and monthly basis using tools provided i.e GA. - Manage the upkeep of our influencer database across Premium & Luxury with specific emphasis on introducing new and exciting creators and key industry figures. - Manage influencer casting and selection by proactively providing influencer identification and initiatives to drive engagement and cultural relevance. - Manage product orders, tracking and returns. - Support on compiling influencer strategies to drive the Premium & Luxury messaging. - Working on key events and launch activations. - Create a cultural calendar to ensure we are at the forefront of cultural relevance when creating content with influencers. - Lead weekly influencer status meetings with wider channel teams, showcasing secured talent, campaign progress, upcoming activations, and opportunities for cross-channel amplification. - Maintain an established network of influencers and talent. What we're looking for: - 2+ years experience working within the talent/influencer management industry. - Confidence in liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent communication is maintained across the board. - Excellent use of written English and attention to detail. - Excellent analytical, communication, coordination and planning skills . - A strong knowledge and understanding of PR channels, influencer relations and social media. - Strong organisational skills, time management, the ability to prioritise, be flexible and multitask.
