š„ Lead and support a team of Security Officers
šØ Manage incidents and emergency responses
š¶ Conduct patrols and compliance checks
š„ļø Monitor CCTV and access control
š Complete reports and documentation
š¤ Liaise with site management and emergency services

What You Need
š« Valid SIA Licence
ā Previous security supervisory experience
š¬ Strong leadership and communication skills
š» Good IT and report writing skills
š Flexibility to work days and nights
š Eligible for SC Clearance
š¬š§ British citizen
š 5 year checkable work history
