As our Transport Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our fleet across cars and vans. From compliance and administration to supplier management and reporting, you’ll help ensure everything runs effectively and in line with company standards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating day-to-day fleet administration across cars and vans
- Overseeing compliance activities including driver licence checks, MOTs, servicing, and vehicle records
- Managing fleet penalties, recharge notices, and negligent damage cases
- Keeping fleet systems, records, and employee/vehicle information accurate and up to date
- Producing monthly fleet reports and performance analysis
- Working closely with suppliers to monitor service performance, costs, and service standards
- Supporting internal stakeholders with fleet-related queries and guidance
- Helping manage vehicle allocation to ensure availability across the business
- Coordinating fleet-related invoices and documentation with internal departments
- Supporting continuous improvement across transport and fleet operations

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in fleet, transport, or vehicle administration
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Good understanding of compliance and legal requirements within a fleet environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
