Are you a recruiter who thrives on building relationships and finding incredible talent? We're looking for an ambitious, proactive Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, building networks, influencing hiring decisions, and uncovering talent that others miss. You'll work closely with hiring managers and Framework Managers to attract, assess and secure the best talent across engineering and infrastructure sectors. Whilst our Framework Managers lead the external client relationships, you'll become the driving force behind delivering exceptional candidates and building talent pipelines that support business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, provide recruitment expertise, and influence successful hiring decisions. - Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, direct approaches, and talent communities. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and long-term relationships with candidates and industry contacts. - Manage multiple vacancies end-to-end, including screening, assessment, interview coordination, offers, negotiations, and onboarding. - Champion the employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. - Provide market intelligence, including talent trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor activity, to support informed hiring decisions. - Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure all recruitment activity complies with company procedures and relevant employment legislation. - Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and multiple vacancies within a fast-paced environment. - Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement skills, with a proactive approach to identifying great talent. - Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an engaging and visible approach. - Energy, resilience and determination, particularly when recruiting within challenging or competitive talent markets. - A genuine passion for recruitment, with the drive to make an impact and deliver great outcomes rather than simply manage a process. - Experience recruiting within Power Generation, Transportation Infrastructure, Engineering, Utilities, Construction or Facilities would be advantageous.
