The role will include: - Supporting our Building Surveying team on general project and survey works. - Visiting sites and buildings, capturing site data and liaising with senior colleagues to develop survey reports. - Developing an understanding of Auto-cad and Revit to support with survey and design work. - Representing the company values at all times, bringing a positive professional manner. - Being responsible, self-motivated and working well with team members. - Working towards achieving a Building Surveying degree and subsequently Chartership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. You will need to meet the standard entry requirements of the University degree course, e.g a GCSE Grade 4 (or C) or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualification - 96 UCAS tariff points Alternatively, you will have: Completed an Advanced Apprenticeship in Surveying or an Advanced Apprenticeship in Construction Technical through which a Construction and Built Environment Diploma with a minimum DD profile was obtained or through which a Construction and Built Environment Extended Diploma with a minimum MMM profile was obtained, or an equivalent qualification;
