Business Account Coordinator

Location: Blackpool (hybrid) Contract: FTC (9 months) About the role We’re looking for a Business Account Coordinator (9 months FTC) to deliver a best‑in‑class, end‑to‑end service to our customers. Acting as a true customer champion, you’ll manage sales orders from receipt to dispatch, liaising closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure agreed service levels are met and exceeded. This is a fast‑paced role within an FMCG food manufacturing environment, where accuracy, communication and a proactive mindset are key. You’ll work cross‑functionally with production planning, warehousing, distribution, invoicing and 3PL partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment and a consistently high-quality customer experience. What we’re looking for Experience & knowledge - Previous experience in a Customer Services role, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing - Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications - Experience of working with high-volume orders, EDI and multiple stakeholders - Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives is desirable Skills & behaviours - Strong customer focus, with the ability to build long‑lasting relationships - Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines effectively - Clear and confident communicator, both internally and externally - Proactive problem‑solver with good decision‑making skills - Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑moving environment - Positive, adaptable and open to change
