Branch Manager Northampton

We are looking for someone who is driven to boost sales and footfall in branch, but also with strong operational experience and a commitment to health and safety too. You’ll lead a dedicated and dynamic team, all committed to delivering high-level customer service. We want to hear from you if you are a current Branch Manager (or an assistant looking to advance your career) in the drainage or wider merchanting industry with a passion for learning our products. You should have experience leading a small team, be sales-focused, understand branch operations (including health and safety), and be customer-centric.
