Senior Finance Admin Clerk

As a Senior Finance Admin Clerk you will play a part in supporting the smooth operation of our financial processes by being committed to delivering high-quality customer service, meeting SLAs, and working within defined policies and procedures. As a Senior Finance Admin Clerk we are looking for someone to: - Assist with purchase ledger control processes, matching and posting of invoices - Post cash and other ledger entries - Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries promptly - Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations - Engage in project work, supporting management to ensure we obtain the best efficiency - Verify the correct control checks have been considered during payment processing - Complete control checks to ensure all Financial Mandating is present - Be involved in reconciliation and query resolution - Ensure process steps are up to date and “one best way” is followed accurately and efficiently - Provide QA and feedback to processes completed across the business areas Essential: - Knowledge and Understanding of Microsoft applications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent Numeracy skills - Experience in finance administration or similar role - Experience in professional working environment If you feel you have some of the skills mentioned above, but not all, please do still apply and we would be happy to have a further discussion with you in regards to your suitability for the role.
