Installer / Senior Installer

You will be involved in the installation, refurbishment, maintenance and repair of traffic signals and other electrical street infrastructure, helping to deliver projects that improve road safety and traffic flow across the UK. Principle Responsibilities - Install, refurbish and maintain traffic signal equipment and associated infrastructure. - Support the installation and maintenance of street-based electrical equipment including CCTV, street lighting and barrier systems. - Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. - Work collaboratively with colleagues, customers and contractors on site. - Follow company procedures, Health & Safety requirements and industry regulations. - Support project delivery activities and contribute to successful installations. Key Tasks - Installation and commissioning of traffic signal equipment. - Refurbishment and repair of existing traffic signal assets. - Installation and maintenance of associated electrical street furniture and systems. - Carry out site-based works safely and professionally. - Complete required documentation accurately and on time. - Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment and PPE. - Attend training courses and development programmes as required. - Support colleagues and contribute positively to team performance. Desirable - Electrical installation or maintenance experience. - Experience within traffic signals, street lighting, highways, utilities or related industries. - Relevant electrical qualifications. - Experience working on site-based infrastructure projects.
