You'll ideally have: • A keen interest in electrical, construction or engineering work. • Good practical and problem-solving skills. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn. • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset. • A full UK driving licence (or be working towards obtaining one). • Previous experience in construction, utilities, electrical work or a similar hands-on environment would be beneficial, but is not essential.
