We are seeking an experienced Avionics Electronics Specialist to support the maintenance, integration, and continued airworthiness of advanced aerospace platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex systems within a dynamic and fast-moving engineering environment.

Seniority: 5+ Years Experience
Security Clearance: Candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain SC clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair avionics and electronic systems.
- Support aircraft modification and integration programmes.
- Complete maintenance and airworthiness documentation.
- Perform functional testing and validation activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an aircraft maintenance environment.
- Strong understanding of avionics systems and diagnostics.
- Familiarity with aviation safety and airworthiness requirements.
Required Skills
- Previous experience working as a B1 or B2 Aircraft Technician within military, civil, or UAV environments (or equivalent).
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across avionics, electrical, or aircraft systems.
- Experience interpreting maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical publications.
- Good understanding of aviation safety requirements, airworthiness regulations, and maintenance best practices.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineering and operations teams.

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, compliance, and quality.
- Effective communication skills when working with engineering, quality, and operational stakeholders.
- Ability to remain calm and methodical when diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Flexible and team-oriented approach within a dynamic maintenance environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or relevant technical military background with equivalent experience.
Desirable Skills
- EASA or UK CAA Part-66 B1/B2 Licence, or equivalent military qualification.
- Experience supporting UAV or UAS platforms within operational environments.
- Knowledge of mission systems, payload integration, or advanced avionics equipment.
- Previous experience supporting defence, aerospace, or other highly regulated engineering programmes.
