We’re recruiting for a Customer Payroll Reconciliation Specialist to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our customers are paid correctly and on time, while supporting regulatory reporting and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:
- Analysing data and investigating anomalies to ensure accurate customer records
- Supporting compliance with regulatory and internal processes including GDPR, payroll legislation, and financial reporting
- Using reconciliation knowledge to provide technical input and guidance across teams
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking case progress using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Participating in user testing and supporting system changes to ensure accurate payments and reporting
- Embedding conduct risk principles to deliver good customer outcomes
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey
- Providing cover for reconciliation tasks during team absences to maintain service continuity
Who we're looking for:
- Experience working with large volume pension or payroll reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and technical data
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to work across teams and functions
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reconciliation tools or systems
- A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Knowledge of payroll processes and regulatory frameworks (desirable but not essential)
