Liability Data Analyst

We're looking for a Liability Data Analyst to join our Payroll & Reinsurance team within Institutional Retirement. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of Pension Risk Transfer operations, helping ensure complex liability data is accurate, reliable and delivered to the highest standards. You'll work with a broad range of stakeholders, supporting major pension transactions while helping improve the quality and integrity of data used across the business. Whether you're already experienced in pensions data or looking to further develop your technical analytical skills, this role offers excellent exposure and development opportunities. What you’ll be doing: - Managing data cleansing, validation and transformation activities - Supporting Pension Risk Transfer transactions from end to end - Consulting with stakeholders to understand data requirements - Improving the quality and integrity of data across systems - Supporting testing activities and documenting operational processes - Maintaining accurate audit trails and governance standards - Delivering timely and accurate data solutions to internal customers - Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working Who we’re looking for: - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving capability - Experience working with complex data sets - Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - High attention to detail and commitment to quality - Experience with Python, SAS or SQL would be beneficial - Knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions would be advantageous Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
