Communications Development Manager

We're looking for a Communications Development Manager to join our Customer Strategy & Engagement team, where you'll play a key role in shaping and enhancing member communications across our Workplace business. This is an exciting opportunity to combine customer insight, behavioural science and communication expertise to deliver clear, engaging and effective experiences that support positive member outcomes. What you'll be doing: - Developing, maintaining and delivering transactional member communications and supporting literature across Workplace schemes - Creating customer-centric communications that meet business, regulatory and customer outcome requirements - Applying member insight, behavioural science and research to improve communication effectiveness and engagement - Managing and enhancing communication journeys across the member lifecycle to improve understanding and outcomes - Delivering communications across digital and traditional channels to maximise reach, accessibility and impact - Collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality communication solutions - Measuring communication performance, analysing results and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement - Supporting Consumer Duty requirements by creating communications that are transparent, balanced and easy for customers to understand Who we're looking for: - Experience designing and delivering customer communications, campaigns or engagement activities - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels - Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality content to publication standards - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use insight and data to drive decision-making - Proven project management and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines - Experience working with creative agencies, suppliers or external partners - An understanding of customer engagement strategies and communication best practice - Experience within financial services and knowledge of behavioural economics or communication composition tools would be advantageou Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
