Junior Onboarding Consultant

We’re looking for a Junior Onboarding Consultant to join our Institutional Retirement team and help keep work moving smoothly across the Onboarding Consultant Team function. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident managing shared inboxes, incoming requests and administrative workflows. You’ll be the first point of contact for new work coming into the team, helping to make sure tasks are triaged, prioritised, logged and routed correctly. It’s a role where accuracy, calm communication and a proactive approach really matter. What you'll be doing: - Monitoring shared mailboxes and reviewing incoming emails promptly - Categorising, logging and routing work into the right place - Responding to routine enquiries and redirecting messages to the correct teams - Maintaining accurate records of correspondence and case activity - Prioritising urgent or time-sensitive messages and escalating issues when needed - Extracting key information from emails and updating work trackers - Preparing documents, organising files and supporting day-to-day admin activity - Identifying missing information and requesting clarification to help cases progress Who we're looking for: - Strong organisational skills and confidence managing high-volume inboxes - Excellent written communication and a professional email style - Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, shared mailboxes and basic Excel - Good attention to detail and a methodical way of working - Ability to follow structured processes and stay accurate under pressure - A proactive approach and confidence working independently - Calm, patient and adaptable when priorities change - Previous admin or customer service experience would be beneficial Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
