What you'll do at work Shipment: - Coordinating UK shipments - Processing courier invoices - Managing our import customs inbox (one month every quarter) - Processing delivery notes Timesheets: - Sending weekly and month-end timesheet reminders - Completing their own timesheet and assisting others Project - Managing the project review process - Assisting with project closures - Project forecasting Business Development - Sending regular reminders to record meetings - Assisting consultants with recording and saving meeting notes - Adding new contacts and clients to the system Travel - Helping to find and book UK hotels - Supporting wider travel arrangements Accounts Payments - Processing credit card payments - Handling expense reports - Assisting with bank transfers Meetings Booking onsite meeting rooms Application link Should you be interested in this great opportunity, please apply using the link below: Administrator Apprentice – Find an apprenticeship – GOV.UK Essential qualifications GCSE in: - English (grade 4 or C) - Maths (grade 4 or C) Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience.
