Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. This is a full time, permanent position working a flexible 36.5 hour week, Monday – Friday. As an Analytical Product Development Scientist you will support in the analysis of pharmaceutical Oral Drug Products and New Modalities with accurate results within an acceptable timeframe. Job Responsibilities that you be covering: - You will perform routine and non-routine analysis using traditional and modern analytical techniques, as required by the Lead Scientist or customer representative. - You will review analytical data for GMP compliance and prepare and approve results for tests in which they have received the appropriate training and are deemed competent. - In line with experience, you will support development and validation of analytical procedures used for Oral Drug Products and New Modalities like peptides and carry out Trace analysis methods using LC-MS and LC-MS/MS. - You will be required to initiate and follow-up OOS results and action limits as per customer procedures. - You will participate in the preparation of reports. What skills, qualifications and experiences you will hold as a Trace Analysis Development Scientist: - You will have a degree in Chemistry or a related discipline is required. - You will possess relevant experience of pharmaceutical analysis in a development laboratory, or equivalent. - You will be competent with both traditional Analytical & Chromatographic techniques - You will hold significant experience performing Trace analysis with a good understanding of the nuances involved with trace analytical work, especially involving LC-MS and LC-MS/MS.
