Benefits Manager, Global Retirement and Investments Team (GRIT)

​​Amazon's Global Retirement & Investments team is looking for a Benefits Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of retirement benefits across multiple international jurisdictions. You will own the Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience managing pension or retirement benefits programs, including scheme administration, governance, design, and vendors. - ​​Knowledge of pension or retirement plan frameworks in at least one major market (e.g., UK auto-enrolment, defined contribution/defined benefit structures) - Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as trustees, advisors, payroll, and HR teams - Experience managing concurrent workstreams such as implementations, vendor transitions, and regulatory projects, managing competing deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholders.
