German & Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. DDC is now looking for a Customer Service Advisor, based in Hammersmith, London. - Dealing with customers electronically, by telephone and face-to-face in English, Dutch and German. - Resolving queries effectively and, and imparting product advice in a friendly but professional manner. - You will be required to provide effective administrative support to the department, working within a small team and occasionally assisting with other duties. - You will contribute to the effective running of the office, achieving sales targets and objectives efficiently. - You will arrange sample shipments and fulfil orders. - You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with your clients and ultimately be responsible for handling case co-ordination from instruction to completion working within strict time constraints. - You will liaise between their laboratory, clients and medical clinics worldwide and will also be responsible for sample logging, shipping sample collection kits, report distribution, invoicing and any other office- based activities. - You will proactively manage client relationships on an ongoing basis. - You will manifest samples - You may be required to take mouth swab samples - You must be fluent in German and Dutch, speaking and writing. - You will need to be very organised and be able to use your initiative. - Be computer literate and have previous customer service experience. - Knowledge of Outlook, Magento and Zendesk would be beneficial. - Have strong communication skills to effectively manage client relationships, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills to take ownership of difficult and complex cases. - You must be a team player.
