Safety Engineering & Continuous Improvement Manager, WHS Design & Engineering

At Amazon, safety is our top priority. We are looking for a WHS Risk Engineer to own machinery safety across multiple sites. In this role you will lead machinery safety inspections and risk assessments, Basic qualifications: - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal - A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent level of qualification in-line with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) in electrical, mechanical, civil or industrial engineering. - Practical understanding and application of WHS risk assessment and safety standards. - Experience conducting machinery safety inspections and risk assessments across multiple sites, applying the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC). - Experience engaging and influencing functional leaders to build buy-in to Health & Safety standards.
