Senior Sourcing Manager (12-months fixed-term contract), Fleet sourcing

Delivering on Amazon's customer promise depends on having the right vehicles, in the right place, at the right cost. The fleet business powering last mile operations across EU and MENA (Middle East and Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field - Experience handling multiple competing priorities and complex projects with multiple stakeholders (e.g. definition of accurate network expansion plans, vendor development, quality assurance, design and cost improvement, team and stakeholder engagement) - Experience in negotiations with global suppliers with a proven track record in cost reduction - Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions - Experience performing ad hoc analysis using advanced Excel, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions - AI fluency — comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analysis, research, and day-to-day workflows, with the judgment to apply them effectively to sourcing problems.
