Key Responsibilities: - Execute paid media campaigns on digital platforms to drive growth, awareness and conversions for owned and client campaigns. - Work with the Senior Media Operations Manager and Media Operations Analyst, to implement and analyze bespoke media strategies that amplify our owned messaging across social, YouTube, search, network and emerging platforms to adult fans, parents, and children. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, content, and product, to ensure the successful setup, execution and optimisation of advertising campaigns across WildBrain’s YouTube Reserve network. - Ensure creatives comply with industry standards, platform guidelines, and legal requirements. - Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve KPIs. - Help manage media budgets to maximise return and track spend and payments. - Generate regular reports on campaign performance, revenue tracking, and ad operations metrics, providing valuable insights to stakeholders. - Ensure all material and activity is of appropriate quality and complies with relevant guidelines and procedures. Ensure the correct functioning of escalation and issue management procedures. What you will bring: - Experience or knowledge of creating and executing digital campaigns across a variety of platforms and tools (e.g. Google Ads (YouTube, Search, Display), META Ads Manager, TikTok, Spotify, Pinterest, FAST Channels. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Collaborative spirit, working seamlessly with internal teams and external partners. - Working to tight deadlines and managing client relationships - an organised and proactive person. - Analytical Mindset: Understand and provide insights on metrics, analytics tools, and campaign performance analysis. - A self-starter with a solution driven mindset and the ability to learn quickly. - A positive, can-do attitude with a keen interest in the kids and family media landscape. - Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Advertising fields, or equivalent work experience preferred. - Experience or knowledge of advertising to children an advantage.
