Home Instead Westminster & City of London is looking for caring and dependable people to join our team of Care Professionals, supporting older people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.
We believe good care should never feel rushed. That is why our visits are a minimum of two hours, giving you the time to get to know your clients properly, build trusted relationships and provide the standard of care you would want for your own family.
Whether you already have experience in care or are considering care work for the first time, we would be pleased to hear from you.

- Helping clients move safely around their home
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping or social activities
- Helping with light housework and everyday tasks
- Observing changes in a client's wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Building positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families
Most importantly, you will help someone continue to live life on their own terms.

- Good listeners and confident communicators
- Able to work independently while being part of a supportive team
- Willing to provide personal care when required
