What You'll Do - Coordinate training schedules and allocate delegates through the Learning Management System (LMS). - Act as the main point of contact for learner, delegate and academy visitor enquiries. - Support assessment and examination activities, including invigilation responsibilities. - Maintain accurate learner records and training data. Produce and maintain training reports and management information. - Book training resources, venues and assessments. - Conduct audits to ensure training records remain accurate and compliant. - Support trainers and coaches by ensuring they have access to the information and resources they need. - Work collaboratively with the wider Learning & Development team to continually improve the learner experience. Please note: This list is not exhaustive and is intended to provide an overview of the main duties and responsibilities of the role. Additional tasks may be required to support the Learning & Development function and wider business needs. Essential - Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role. - Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Comfortable learning new systems and working independently. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. - Must live within a 45-minute commutable distance of our Manchester office - Flexibility is essential, as working hours/working in the office, will include invigilation activities. - Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history. Desirable - Experience supporting learning, training or development activities. - Previous experience within a large-scale training environment. - Experience working in a people-focused environment within the security industry.
