SOC Supervisor

Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: - Lead and manager a team of customer service operators, fostering a culture of excellence - Maintain a comprehensive operational knowledge of all SOC functions, especially ARC, Comms and Dispatch - Be accountable for KPIs, ensuring all operatives are managed to achieve outstanding performance and service - Ensure the highest standards are maintained in SOC operations - Be the first point of escalation for internal and external customer complaints, preparing responses and escalating serious matters to the SOC Manager - Support management by providing evidence-based reporting, identifying causes and proposing solutions to barriers to excellence within the SOC and company wide - Support and stand in for absences of operational supervisors as needed Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role.
