Senior Project Controller

The Senior Project Controller role is wide ranging, the role interfaces with a number of key project stakeholders across the business, but primarily with Project Managers. The principle purpose of the role is to: - Support assigned Project Manager(s) to promote good planning practice and ensure scope, schedule & budget adherence. - Monitor, report & flag concerns, exceptions and issues through recognised escalation routes, along with proposed solutions. To be considered for this Senior Project Controller role, you should have: - Considerable experience working in a controlled project environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Project for creating and maintaining project schedules - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) - Experience with risk management tools and practices - Ability to support a portfolio of projects of medium to high complexity - Flexibility and a service delivery mind-set - Solid understanding of project support knowledge, skills, and abilities - Capability to produce high-quality work on time - Familiarity with Project Controller competencies - Degree level education or equivalent experience The ideal candidate is proactive, contributes to improvement initiatives, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
